If your cat has eaten a twisty worm, it's important to monitor their behavior and look out for any signs of distress or illness. Contact your veterinarian immediately and provide them with as much information as possible about the type of worm your cat has ingested. Your vet will be able to advise you on the best course of action, which may include bringing your cat in for an examination or inducing vomiting to expel the worm. It's important to act quickly to ensure the health and safety of your cat. **

If that doesn't work, you can try using a lubricant such as WD-40 to loosen the mechanism. If these methods don't work, it may be best to call a professional plumber to help with the issue. **
