Gyms can vary in terms of how busy they are on Sundays. Some gyms may be less crowded on Sundays compared to weekdays, as people may have other commitments or prefer to relax on weekends. However, some gyms may still see a good amount of foot traffic on Sundays, especially in the morning or early afternoon. It ultimately depends on the specific gym and its location. **

To change gyms, start by researching new gyms in your area that align with your fitness goals and preferences. It is possible that gyms may become full as people return to their fitness routines after a period of closure. Many individuals may be eager to resume their workouts and may flock to gyms, especially during peak hours. However, some people may still be hesitant to return to crowded spaces, so it is difficult to predict with certainty whether gyms will become full. It may depend on factors such as the gym's capacity limits, the availability of alternative fitness options, and individual comfort levels. **

The value of an expensive gym ultimately depends on individual preferences and fitness goals. For some, the high-quality equipment, amenities, and personalized services offered by expensive gyms may justify the cost. These gyms often provide a more luxurious and comfortable workout environment, which can enhance motivation and enjoyment. However, for others, more affordable options may provide everything they need for a successful workout routine. It's important to consider your budget, fitness needs, and how much you will actually utilize the gym before deciding if an expensive gym is worth it for you. **
