Screen tearing and image tearing in RDR2 can be caused by a mismatch between the frame rate of the game and the refresh rate of the monitor. When the frame rate and refresh rate are not synchronized, it can result in the display of incomplete frames, leading to screen tearing. Additionally, if the V-Sync (vertical synchronization) setting is disabled, it can also contribute to screen tearing as the game's frame rate is not capped to the monitor's refresh rate. To address this issue, enabling V-Sync or using a monitor with a higher refresh rate can help reduce or eliminate screen tearing in RDR2. **

Candles may tear or split if they are burning too hot or too fast. This can be caused by a draft in the room, the wick being too large, or the candle being placed too close to a heat source. To prevent tearing, try trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use, keeping the candle away from drafts, and allowing the candle to burn long enough for the wax pool to reach the edges of the container. **
